FP&A Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The FP&A Sr Financial Analyst will play a key role in analyzing and communicating Athene’s Bermuda legal entities’ quarterly financial performance.

What You Will Do

Support quarter-over-quarter financial performance analysis, develop variance analyses, and translate results into a clear financial narrative.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or related fields with a professional accounting or actuarial qualification
• Five plus (5+) years insurance/reinsurance or financial industry experience
• CFA designation, or progress towards completion, desirable
• Experience with derivatives and FX would be advantageous
• Financial modeling experience is desirable
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to establish effective cross-functional working relationships at all levels
• Perceptive, self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities
