Role Overview
A rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare technology company is seeking a Director of FP&A to partner directly with the CFO and help build a best-in-class FP&A function.
What You Will Do
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and KPI reporting; Develop workforce, compensation, and operating expense models; Analyze business performance, operating metrics, and budget-to-actual variances.

Requirements
- 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or related experience
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Experience working in high-growth, PE-backed, or lean environments
- Builder mentality with the ability to influence senior executives and investors
Benefits
- Base Salary: $160K – $200K
- Bonus: $35K – $100K+
