Senior Manager/Director- Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview

The Senior Manager/Director- Financial Planning & Analysis will report to the CFO and be responsible for KPI’s & Dashboards, Budgeting & Forecasting, Performance Analytics, and other financial planning and analysis tasks.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting, performance analytics, headcount analysis, financial modeling, liquidity management, strategic planning, and presenting financial results to the C-Suite.

The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of FP&A experience, heavy experience with KPI’s & performance analytics, advanced Excel and analytical skills, and a strong background with AI tools.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of FP&A experience
• Heavy experience with KPI’s & performance analytics
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Strong background with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT)
• MBA, CFA, and CPA a plus
