Senior Deal Desk Manager

Role Overview

The Deal Desk Sr Manager owns the operational, analytical, and process behind Atlas’s deal solutioning, reporting to the VP, Growth. This is a senior individual contributor role, built to carry manager-level scope because it’s building a function that doesn’t exist today.

What You Will Do

Pricing Execution & Competitive Intelligence, Deal Solutioning Adherence on Live Deals, Solutioning Process Optimization, and building a structured risk decision tree by country and deal structure.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in deal desk, commercial operations, revenue operations, sales operations, solutions operations, pricing, or a related role within a complex B2B environment
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex, non-standard deals involving multiple considerations such as pricing, contractual terms, compliance, operational feasibility, and commercial risk
• Experience partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional teams such as Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to resolve deal issues and move opportunities forward
• Proven ability to improve complex processes
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn CRM, ticketing, pricing, and deal data into clear root causes, recommendations, and business decisions
• Experience operating successfully in ambiguity and building processes or capabilities that did not previously exist
• Strong judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to distinguish between issues that can be resolved within established parameters and those that genuinely require escalation
• An AI-forward working style, using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to accelerate analysis, identify patterns, document processes, and improve workflows
