Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in both Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support business operations, customer service processes, and digital transformation initiatives.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and system defects.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Voice, automation, integration, and custom application development. Experience integrating telephony platforms with Salesforce Voice is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations
• Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce Voice
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and declarative development
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git version control, and DevOps practices
