Lead Business Development & Marketing Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Business Development & Marketing Operations to develop business development and marketing operations further and report directly to the CEO. The role involves advising the board and local partners on market, customer, portfolio, and growth issues, shaping the group-wide growth and portfolio strategy, and identifying new business fields, customer segments, and cross-selling potential.

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include advising the board and local partners, shaping the group-wide growth and portfolio strategy, developing group-wide business development standards, moderating market, account, portfolio, and opportunity reviews, and creating transparency for well-founded decisions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed studies in economics, architecture, civil engineering, or comparable qualifications, and at least five to seven years of experience in business development, corporate development, strategy, or in-house consulting.

Requirements

• Completed studies in economics, architecture, civil engineering, or comparable qualifications
• At least five to seven years of experience in business development, corporate development, strategy, or in-house consulting
• Experience in building group-wide standards, governance structures, and processes
• Experience in key account, portfolio, and cross-selling management
• Experience in marketing-related BD processes such as presentations, references, pitches, or customer communication
• Secure handling of CRM, reporting, and BI tools
• Knowledge of public procurement procedures and competition formats
• Analytical strength, entrepreneurial thinking, market, and customer understanding
• Confident appearance on management level and travel readiness within the ATP group
