Role Overview
The Senior Financial Operations Analyst will bring structure, automation, and long-term governance to the WPC Engineering division’s engineering spend, establishing clear baselines for budget, forecasting, headcount, vendor, and contractor spend.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include budget & spend baselining, workforce & vendor optimization, automation & data integrity, operational insights, process simplification, accountability transition, and function hand-off.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in FP&A or Finance Operations, with expertise in Python, SQL, and vendor & workforce management, as well as excellent communication skills with senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years in FP&A or Finance Operations

- Expertise in managing contingent workforce spend
- Proven track record of automating manual processes
