Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Data Analytics professional with strong business acumen and analytical thinking. The role involves working closely with Business, Operations, and Technology stakeholders across the bank to analyze complex business problems, derive insights from data, and support data-driven decision-making.
What You Will Do
Analyze business problems and translate them into data-driven analytical solutions. Perform exploratory data analysis and develop analytical models to support business initiatives. Apply analytics techniques to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.

Requirements
- Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand data, business issues, and potential analytical solutions end-to-end
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to take ownership and work in a delivery-driven environment
- Strong programming skills in Python, SAS, or PySpark
- Hands-on experience in Data Analytics and AI techniques
- Strong SQL programming knowledge
- Exposure to cloud-based data infrastructure (preferred)
- Banking and financial services experience is preferred
