Manager – Business Development – Employment Institute

The Employment Institute is seeking a Manager – Business Development to promote the Mission and Values of Auberle and cultivate relationships with employers to increase employment pipelines and create training opportunities for program participants.

Requirements

• Promote the Mission and Values of Auberle and the program’s philosophy, principles, and procedures
• Utilize employment and economic data to increase network of employment pipelines and create training opportunities
• Research and implement national best practices in workforce development
• Market programs to ensure utilization by all eligible participants
• Assist in developing and writing requests for proposals
• Take high degree of initiative and independent judgement
• Motivate Employment Institute team members to create and execute innovative solutions
