Marketing Analytics Manager

Role Overview

As a Marketing Analytics Manager, you will collaborate with marketing leaders to improve the way we use data to make decisions. You will play a role in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue by ensuring we’re making the right investments, tracking what we need, and optimizing everything within our control.

What You Will Do

Lead marketing measurement and translate insights into actionable recommendations, manage and report on key marketing metrics across the marketing funnel, analyze relationships between marketing efforts and business outcomes, and manage ad hoc marketing analytics requests from end-to-end.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or data analytics role
• Track record of driving measurable success through data analysis, optimization and performance improvement
• Ability to create compelling presentations and dashboards based on data
• Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Motivated, detail-oriented, self-driven with an objective lens on pulling insights from data
• Must be comfortable with advanced statistical analysis and machine learning
• Proficient in marketing analytics methodologies and measurement
• Familiarity with ad platforms and marketing KPIs
• Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets; experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and automation is a plus
