Salesforce Developer and Digital Solutions Specialist (HYBRID REMOTE)

Role Overview

The Salesforce Developer and Digital Solutions Specialist develops, enhances, and supports Salesforce solutions that improve sales and customer service processes. The position emphasizes hands-on development using Apex, Salesforce Flow, Lightning configuration, and related platform capabilities across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch and queueable processes, invocable actions, REST services, callouts, and supporting unit tests. Build and enhance Salesforce Flow automation, validation logic, Lightning pages, and user experiences that support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud business processes.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong working knowledge of Apex, including classes, triggers, asynchronous processing, invocable methods, callouts, exception handling, and unit testing. Ability to write efficient SOQL and design solutions that respect Salesforce governor limits and large-data-volume considerations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform, including solution development, automation, configuration, or support.
• 2+ years of hands-on Apex development experience, including development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of custom Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce certifications are not required at hire. Relevant Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I, Administrator, or Platform App Builder, are preferred and may qualify for certification incentives in accordance with applicable company programs.
