Retail Marketing Operations Specialist

Role Overview

As a Retail Marketing Operations Specialist, you will ensure the seamless coordination, execution, and follow-up of Retail Marketing initiatives across our global network. You will bridge strategy and execution by driving project management, logistics coordination, and operational excellence for gifting, visual merchandising, and retail activation projects.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and monitor Retail Marketing, Gifting, and Visual Merchandising projects from planning to execution. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time implementation. Monitor shipments, boutique installation schedules, and deployment planning across markets.

You will act as a key liaison between Retail Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and regional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment. You will support the implementation of retail activations, visual merchandising rollouts, and gifting initiatives while ensuring consistency with Brand standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Project Management, Operations, Logistics, or a similar environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Solid understanding of logistics, supply chain, and production processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact across functions and regions
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are considered an asset
