Role Overview

We are looking for a B2B Head of Sales to join our vibrant team as a player-coach – someone who leads and builds our B2B sales team while also personally carrying and closing a book of strategic accounts. This candidate will drive our partnership and sales strategy across managed care organizations, insurers, employers, unions and other entities that serve the 50+ population, with a focus on growing Audicus’s presence in the hearing benefit space.

What You Will Do

Lead and build our hyper-driven B2B sales team, consisting of partnership and sales professionals, setting the example through direct deal execution. Personally own and close a pipeline of strategic accounts across managed care organizations, insurers, employers and unions.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of tactical experience in strategic partnerships and/or enterprise sales
  • Strong background selling into managed care or benefit verticals (payers, employer benefits, unions, MLTC, etc)
  • Experience with hearing benefits strongly preferred
  • Proven player-coach experience – has personally carried and exceeded a sales quota while also building and leading a biz dev and/or sales team
