Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Analyst, Partnerships will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to contribute towards the revenue process for our rapidly expanding partner channel. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate partner billing, analytics, and reporting.
What You Will Do
Transform source data into a usable format for monthly billing, revenue recognition, and forecasting purposes; ensure enrollment numbers used in Employee Benefits/Partner business forecasts are aligned with source customer enrollment counts and actual enrollment counts used by Revenue Accounting for GAAP purposes.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in data analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with Databricks
- Experience building data logic/pipelines
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical thinking
- Solid financial background
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
