Role Overview

The Product Marketing Manager will be the go-to expert on key parts of Aurora’s residential solar sales and design solutions, developing a deep understanding of buyers, product, and market. They will stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to ensure solutions remain differentiated and relevant.

The Product Marketing Manager will use their knowledge to shape strategies and tactics that deliver value to customers, guiding go-to-market strategy and activities for new features, sharpening the product narrative against alternatives, and creating compelling content for internal and external activations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of combined experience in product marketing, marketing, product management, or the residential solar industry
• Understanding of how to bring new products or features to market
• Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and customers
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
• Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and self-directed
