FP&A Coordinator (Financial Planning and Analysis)

Role Overview

Coordinate financial planning and control activities, ensuring the preparation and tracking of the annual budget, the construction of financial projections (forecast) and the analysis of realized results compared to planned results.

What You Will Do

Prepare and analyze managerial financial statements, prepare and present analysis of results to support management, develop, monitor and track financial indicators and company performance indicators, track and analyze business profitability, identify opportunities for optimization of results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Finance or related areas;
• Experience in accounting and/or control areas;
• Experience with budget planning, annual budget preparation and financial projections (forecast);
• Knowledge in result analysis, managerial financial statements and tracking of planned versus realized;
• Experience with managerial analysis of results and financial indicators;
• Knowledge in business profitability analysis;
• Knowledge in control and tracking of fixed assets;
• Advanced knowledge in Excel (mandatory requirement);
• Analytical capacity, strategic vision and ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making;
• Good communication, organization, proactivity and ease of relationship with different areas of the company.
