Role Overview

Lead paid acquisition across two businesses, wirkaufendeinauto.de and Autohero, and connect both sides of the flywheel. Understand customer journeys, translate customer intent into channels and audiences, and challenge experts in depth.

What You Will Do

Run a growth engine for two businesses, know what moved and why, and combine CAC, Gross Profit, customer value, purchasing capacity, and inventory into clear investment recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience and deep expertise across major paid platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and other performance platforms
• hands-on growth leader who understands the customer journey, the economics, and the platforms in depth
• ability to move from a European investment decision into an account-level performance problem without losing speed
• ability to automate what should not be manual, challenge assumptions, and care more about finding the right answer than being right
