As a Sales Agent/Account Manager, you will connect with daily leads, guide them on how to buy cars from US auto auctions, and provide top-tier support to encourage customers repeat business.

Requirements
- Prior experience in car sales and/or a strong understanding of the US auto auction industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Russian and English
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to overcome objections and close deals
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts at once, and keep accurate records
- Experience working with CRM tools, ZenDesk, and MS Office
