As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will lead the management of experience indicators, design processes, and conduct advanced root cause analysis to improve customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading executive NPS forums, structuring action plans, developing dashboards, and working with manufacturers to ensure methodological adherence. You will also support the evolution of listening channels, automation, and data intelligence in the area.

Requirements
- Complete higher education degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, or related areas
- Experience in CX, Quality, or related areas
- Experience in NPS and Voice of the Customer programs
- Experience in process mapping and analysis
- Experience in project management
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and BI tools
- Experience with CX platforms (such as IndeCX)
- Ability to learn and adopt new tools as needed
