Bilingual Sales Operations Coordinator – Chinese/English

Role Overview

This role combines sales support, operations coordination, and project coordination. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to support day-to-day business operations.

What You Will Do

Support sales team with order processing, order follow-up, and contract coordination, communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, coordinate shipments, deliveries, and logistics, and maintain accurate records, data, and documentation.
