AI Operations Manager

Role Overview

The AI Operations Manager will work directly with the CEO and collaborate across functions to identify high-impact opportunities, redesign workflows, and build AI-powered automations from scratch.

What You Will Do

Identify and implement automation and AI use cases, design AI-powered workflows, collaborate with teams, evaluate emerging AI technologies, measure automation impact, and enable teams to adopt AI.

Requirements

• 3+ years in consulting, operations, or a similar cross-functional senior role
• Strong stakeholder management skills across complex environments
• Experience in building AI/automation systems from scratch
• Enough technical depth to converse about LLM pipelines, agentic workflows, and integrations
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures (Claude, GPT, or similar)
• Ownership mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (C1 level or higher)
