The Marketing Operations Manager, Data Governance & Compliance is responsible for ensuring the integrity, quality, security, and compliant use of marketing data across systems and processes.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Data Governance
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and lifecycle management
- Familiarity with marketing compliance and privacy regulations
- Experience with data quality tools (validation, enrichment, deduplication)
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and dashboards
