CRM Manager

Role Overview

The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer lifecycle communications across Avis, Budget, and Zipcar. This role will lead the execution of CRM programs across email, SMS, and push notifications, translating lifecycle and promotional strategies into high-quality customer experiences that drive engagement, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.

Manage and optimize lifecycle, promotional, transactional, and triggered communications across email, SMS, and push notifications. Analyze campaign and lifecycle performance to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and testing strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or customer engagement
• Hands-on experience managing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications
• Experience building and optimizing lifecycle and triggered customer journeys
• Strong familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools
• Experience with promotional campaign setup, audience segmentation, and offer/promo code management
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Analytical mindset with experience using campaign and customer data to identify insights and optimization opportunities
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to execution quality
• Prior experience mentoring, guiding, or supporting junior team members is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
