What You Will Do
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive digital strategies, maintaining and enhancing SEM campaigns, conducting regular account audits, optimizing keywords and ads, fine-tuning device settings, and optimizing audience bidding.

Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analysis, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a preference for Performance Marketing
- Solid understanding of SEM, with a primary focus on Google Ads
- Knowledge of Paid Social Media and programmatic advertising
- Analytical skills using analytics tools and database platforms such as Excel, Google Analytics, BI, and performance marketing tools/platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
