Role Overview
The Salesforce Administrator will help to enhance and improve the CRM and underwriting workbench for 5 specialty business lines. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams to ensure Salesforce effectively supports business processes, drives operational efficiency, and delivers high-quality reporting and insights.
What You Will Do
Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and automation. Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings. Support system releases, testing, and deployment activities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
3–5+ years of Salesforce administration experience. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies is an asset. Salesforce Administration Certification (ADM 201). Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs is an asset.
