Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager dedicated to uncovering customer insights through rigorous research to take our understanding of our customers to the next level, over a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, developing dashboards and surfacing insights that shape our direction.
What You Will Do
Analyse whether our marketing efforts are successfully helping customers adopt features that drive genuine value for them, moving beyond simple campaign click metrics. Use tools to map the customer journey and identify specific friction points where our messaging or product education fails to bridge the gap between user intent and success.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Success in this role requires the ability to synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights to analyse whether our marketing efforts are successfully helping customers adopt features that actually improve their outcomes. You should feel confident using event-tracking platforms like Amplitude (or similar).
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience using product analytics or event-tracking platforms (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap etc.) to analyse user behaviour and build robust reporting.
- Familiarity with coding languages (such as Python or R) or BI tools (like Power BI or Tableau) is a bonus
- Proven ability to synthesise quantitative product data with qualitative insights (e.g., user research, feedback loops) to tell a complete story of the customer experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and central Data teams, to align on goals
- Demonstrated experience in translating analytical findings into commercially relevant recommendations and presenting these to senior stakeholders
- Commercially aware with a good understanding of market drivers and client needs
- Excellent written and spoken English
Benefits
- Flexi-Week: four-day Flexi-Week (with one lighter or completely disconnected day per week) at full pay, with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance.
- Flexi-Office: international culture and flexibility through our hybrid working model, designed to foster collaboration, trust, and autonomy.
