Role Overview
The go-to-market (GTM) team is Axial’s sales and account management organization, focused on winning new business and growing existing relationships across the ‘sell-side’ and ‘buy-side’. The team comprises account executive and account management professionals responsible for their patch of prospective and/or existing accounts. As a member of the GTM team, your primary responsibility is to execute key tasks that support growth across our buyside and sellside members.

You will earn our members’ trust and bolster Axial’s reputation for excellence in how we interact with prospects and existing members. Each interaction that members have with Axial should be held to the highest standards, resulting in positive resolutions and outcomes for our members.

Requirements
- Up to 10 years of professional experience
- 2+ years of credible and demonstrated experience in a quota-carrying role within B2B sales/account management/customer success
- Prior exposure and GTM sales/account management/customer success experience in or around investment banking, private equity, or financial services in the North American market is a strong plus
- Exceptionally strong English written and oral communication skills
- Referenceable history of achieving increasing levels of excellence in personal or professional settings
- Highly responsive and organized
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, eager to learn and flexible
- Positive and professional work attitude

- Base Salary + Variable Compensation = On-Target Earnings (OTE)
- Expected OTE Range: $40,000 – $90,000 USD
