Role Overview

The Director, Revenue Operations is responsible for building and optimizing the operational backbone of our GTM organization as we scale. This role owns not only the systems, data, and processes that make our GTM teams predictable, efficient, and scalable, but also the reporting, analytics, and intelligence that brings actionable insights to GTM leadership and the ELT.

What You Will Do

Drive sales planning, including territory design, quota setting, capacity planning, and headcount modeling in partnership with GTM leadership and Finance. Build and maintain a rigorous forecasting process and cadence, giving sales leadership and the ELT reliable visibility into pipeline health and expected bookings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in revenue operations, with proven success leading cross-functional teams in SaaS environments.
  • Strong technical foundation with expertise leveraging GTM technologies to drive efficiency and process optimization.
  • Full-funnel fluency, including a working understanding of top-of-funnel metrics, the marketing-to-sales handoff and SLAs that govern it, and pipeline progression through to bookings, win rates, and retention;
  • Hands-on experience with multi-touch attribution;
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of translating complex data into strategic insights, KPIs, and forecasting models.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business teams to foster collaboration and execute change.
  • Experience implementing and owning BI / data visualisation / dashboarding tools to facilitate the sharing of GTM data across teams and with leadership.
