Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Account Manager to execute commercial activities, establish relationships with customers, and ensure a successful sale of our products. The role is field-based and requires gaining access to customers in a clinic or hospital setting while also maximizing digital engagement.

Requirements

  • Proficient in both virtual and live customer engagements
  • Develop a comprehensive territory business plan
  • Promote products within approved labeling
  • Develop strong customer relationships
  • Serve as a resource/consultant to customers and staff
  • Maximize use of marketing resources
  • Communicate territory activity in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback to sales and commercial leadership
  • Successfully complete all training classes
  • Complete administrative duties
  • Manage efforts within assigned promotional budget
  • Effectively collaborate across all corporate functions
  • Attend medical congresses and society meetings
  • Ensure timely access for patients through patient services and savings programs
  • Overnight travel as indicated by the needs of the business
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
