We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of accounts across forward-thinking logistics and supply chain companies, building deep customer relationships and driving measurable value. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure customer needs shape what we build, with a north star of the customer relationship and their outcomes.
