Role Overview

As a Business Development Director I, you will help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions. You will drive growth through the development and execution of business strategies and create, identify, and qualify new business opportunities.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include providing the voice of the customer, establishing and fostering mutually beneficial relationships, understanding customer organizations and key decision makers, and formulating customer engagement plans.

Requirements

  • Provide the voice of the customer to the business

  • Strong understanding of financials, capture, and business acumen
  • Problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Establish and communicate strategic filters for business pursuits
  • Navigate compliance with international industrial participation/offset regulations
