Role Overview

Supports the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across a multi-state manufacturing and distribution workforce.

What You Will Do

Analyze compensation data, provide monthly reporting, conduct market pricing, develop pay structures, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 2-3 years of compensation or HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments
  • Strong understanding of multi-state wage and hour laws and compliance requirements
  • Experienced in supporting hourly, salary, commission, and component pay structures
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, ADP, SAP)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
