Role Overview
As a Manufacturing Finance Senior Specialist, you will provide strategic financial support to manufacturing operations by partnering closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
What You Will Do
You will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operating review processes for manufacturing operations, and monitor and analyze key manufacturing KPIs.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A, Manufacturing Finance, Operations Finance, Cost Accounting, or related financial roles
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and KPI reporting
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations, industrial production environments, or supply chain organizations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
