Business Development Representative – AEC industry

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to pursue opportunities, cultivate lasting relationships, and lead local business development initiatives for our Baltimore, MD office.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include leading business development responsibilities, leveraging existing client base, performing market research, and securing meetings with decision makers.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
• Experience in the architectural, engineering, and construction industry preferred
• Outgoing, creative, self-starter
• 3-10 years of previous experience in a sales, business development, or marketing role
• HubSpot Experience a plus
