Senior AI Automation Engineer

Role Overview

Design and deliver sophisticated automation and AI-powered business solutions for a growing AI consultancy. Work on complex AI automation, RAG, CRM integration, and custom software projects.

What You Will Do

Design and build complex automation workflows, develop end-to-end integrations, build and optimize HubSpot CRM automations, and develop AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

• Several years (at least 3+) of professional software development experience
• Substantial hands-on automation engineering experience
• Advanced proficiency in n8n and Make.com
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
• Practical experience building RAG-based AI systems
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases, authentication, and system architecture
• Experience developing AI-powered workflows, LLM integrations, and AI agents

Benefits

• Monthly rate: $1,800-$2,400
