Role Overview

This position serves as the enterprise leader for dual marketing functions as it relates to Banner Health’s government-sponsored health plan products, overseeing marketing and communications strategy to ensure strategic alignment and optimize efficiencies across the department.

The position leads the development and execution of health plan marketing strategies, oversees member, network, and provider communications, and provides regulatory and compliance leadership to ensure compliant execution and alignment with operational and value-based care realities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 12 years of progressive experience in health plan marketing, healthcare marketing, or related field
  • strategic marketing planning experience
  • regulatory compliance experience (CMS, state requirements)
  • member and provider communications experience
  • budget management experience
  • performance analytics and KPI development experience
  • cross-functional collaboration experience
