Senior Employee Data and AI Automation Analyst

Role Overview

As a Senior Employee Data and AI Automation Analyst, you will contribute to transforming the way employee data is made accessible and used. Your expertise in data and automation will allow you to have a double impact: develop secure and evolving automation solutions that enhance the autonomy of our partners, and exploit data to generate analyses and accelerate value creation.

What You Will Do

Act as a citizen developer and contribute to the development of data sharing practices and self-service within the team, create, test, and deploy automated solutions to simplify employee work and optimize analytical processes, generate business value through responsible and informed use of technology and AI, act as an analyst and design, produce, and evolve reports, dashboards, analyses, and analytical solutions that meet the needs of our partners, accompany stakeholders in defining their needs, interpreting data, and identifying the most suitable solutions.

Requirements

• Hold a relevant expertise and between 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and report production
• Have experience in a field related to human resources, desired
• Have knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Center or a comparable tool, desired
• Have demonstrated experience in application development, process transformation, and design of high-impact automated solutions
• Master Excel and PowerBI, as well as Power Platform, Copilot 365, or other tools with integrated IA generative functionality (e.g. ChatGPT, Google Gemini, GitHub, etc.)
• Be able to manage simultaneously recurring activities and transformation initiatives
