Role Overview
The Partner Manager Switzerland will develop the partner ecosystem in Switzerland by strengthening existing partnerships and acquiring new partners, system integrators, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The role involves ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new partners, laying the foundation for successful and sustainable collaboration.
What You Will Do
The Partner Manager Switzerland will grow the partner ecosystem in Switzerland by developing annual business, sales, and marketing plans around the baramundi Management Suite and the baramundi proactive hub. The role involves driving partner engagement, acting as an interface between partners and internal teams, and representing baramundi at partner events.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in software sales, channel sales, partner management, or business development, ideally within the Swiss IT market. The candidate should have a strong network within the Swiss IT channel, technical understanding, and a strong commercial mindset.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in software sales, channel sales, partner management, or business development
- Experience working with system integrators, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), resellers, or distributors
- Strong network within the Swiss IT channel
- Technical understanding, preferably in the field of Unified Endpoint Management, IT Management, Cybersecurity, or related software solutions
- Strong commercial mindset and enthusiasm for developing partners, generating business opportunities, and achieving sustainable growth
- Very good German and English skills
- French and/or Italian language skills are a major plus
