The Senior Financial Analyst is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders and executive stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance financial visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial strategy
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar)
- Experience building executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations
- Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, cash flow) and key business drivers
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing to team success
