Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will identify and capitalize on business opportunities, expand the customer base, and drive revenue growth. You will work in close partnership with the team of Relationship Directors to develop client strategies, structure lending solutions, and drive deals from initial engagement through to completion.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include executing market research and analysis, identifying leads, managing existing client relationships, developing and executing strategies to acquire new business, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of banking products and services.
