Associate Director, Asset Backed-Finance Operations

Role Overview

The Associate Director, Asset Backed-Finance Operations will support the Global Portfolio Services team by delivering high-quality investment operations for Barings ABF Australia, including portfolio and stakeholder reporting, fund administration, and trade settlement.

What You Will Do

Primary responsibilities include supporting fund operations, preparing and verifying client and stakeholder reporting, providing support across the trade lifecycle, reconciling daily portfolio and cash positions, and maintaining accurate operational records.

Requirements

• 4–5 years’ experience in fund administration, finance, accounting, settlements, and investment operations
• Sound understanding of core finance and investment concepts
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
