Barlean’s is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Marketing to lead the marketing and DTC e-commerce strategy. The role involves owning and driving the DTC e-commerce strategy, managing digital marketing channels, and building a lean in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of digital marketing experience, deep expertise with Shopify and the modern DTC tech stack, and a proven track record scaling a DTC brand.
Requirements
- Own and drive the DTC e-commerce strategy for Barleans.com
- Manage and optimize a monthly digital media budget across paid search, paid social, display, and emerging channels
- Lead all digital marketing channels
- Build and lead a lean in-house marketing team
- Manage agency and vendor relationships
- Partner with R&D, Sales, and Operations to execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions
