As a Sales Manager – Pharma Solution at BASF, you will be responsible for discovering customers and driving growth, finding opportunities, and closing profitable deals. You will also manage Korea pharmaceutical market research, grow business, and expand Omega 3 nutrition grade on top of Pharma excipients and APIs. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical or Chemical related major, at least 10 years of experience in commercial roles in pharma business or related industries, and skills in pharmaceutical technology and operations.
Requirements
- University degree, minimum bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical or Chemical related major
- At least 10 years experiences in commercial roles in pharma business or related industries
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Knowledge for handling technical matters and commercial transaction; skills in pharmaceutical technology and operations
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- Business acumen, strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, hunting spirit, strategic and conceptional thinking, conflict management
- Team and People management, commit on fostering a team and people to achieve a subregional and individual targets
