Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager will lead paid media strategy and execution across BASIS Ed’s growing network of public charter schools. This role will translate enrollment priorities into high-performing, market-specific campaigns that generate qualified prospective-family leads and applications.

What You Will Do

The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee paid search, paid social, programmatic, and emerging acquisition channels; manage media budgets and forecasting; and continuously improve results through testing, optimization, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience managing paid digital acquisition or performance marketing campaigns
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Experience managing significant media budgets across multiple campaigns, markets, or business units
• Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or comparable analytics and reporting tools
• Working knowledge of attribution, conversion tracking, pixels, UTMs, and campaign measurement
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear decisions and recommendations
• Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience managing team members, agencies, or external media partners
