Own the team’s trackers and dashboards, turn data into action, drive projects end to end, and shape how the team works.
What You Will Do
Run weekly target-vs-actual reviews, spot gaps early, and recommend what to do about them.

Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy & ops, or commercial analytics
- Exceptional candidates with less experience are welcome
- Strong with data: advanced Google Sheets or Excel (SQL, Looker Studio, Metabase or Apps Script is a big plus)
- Structured problem solver: you break down messy problems, question numbers that look wrong, and get to a clear recommendation
- Proactive and persistent
- Confident using AI tools
- Fluent in English
