Role Overview

The Lead Project Manager, Marketing Operations plays a key role for Campaign Operations, making campaign work visible, structured, and actionable across the Consumer Experience ecosystem. This role is responsible for intake hygiene, status integrity, daily operating rhythms, weekly pipeline visibility, and project management discipline across active and upcoming work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Operations, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, campaign operations, marketing operations, workflow management, or related business functions.
• Experience managing project intake, status reporting, pipeline visibility, stand-ups, or cross-functional workflow routines.
• Strong organization, documentation, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, surface blockers, and maintain accurate project status across teams.
• Very strong skills in working with Excel and PowerPoint.
