Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate CRM documentation and data management
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and dealership leadership
- Self-motivated and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills
