Role Overview
As a Manager, Sales Training and Enablement, you will represent Baxter and our products, building trust with customers and establishing relationships with doctors and nurses. Your role will develop and deliver content and tools to train sales professionals on product, selling skills, healthcare market, and clinical content areas.
What You Will Do
You will partner with internal team members and subject matter experts to craft, construct, and deliver multifaceted virtual and live training sessions, provide perspective while developing training in partnership with commercial colleagues, and analyze metrics to determine the opportunities and success of the training sessions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6 years field sales and/or sales training experience
- Proven record of delivering high-quality presentations
- Proven success working independently with sound decision making skills
- Capable in written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of sales methodologies for hospital capital equipment products and solutions
- Strong analytical skills
