Service Finance Financial Operations Leader

Role Overview

The position will provide strategic financial leadership and consultation for Service Finance, partnering closely with Business Unit leadership and Truist Accounting and Finance teams to drive profitability, operating leverage, and long-term strategic direction.

What You Will Do

The role will lead all business operations finance and accounting activities, including financial planning, cash management, reporting, regulatory compliance, business case development, finance transformation, and team leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience)
• 10+ years of management experience within banking or financial services
• Deep knowledge of banking industry financial management practices and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated experience leading finance transformation, process optimization, or automation initiatives
• Strong analytical expertise, including financial forecasting, capital budgeting and investment analysis, discounted cash flow modeling, and profitability and performance analysis
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights
• Proven ability to lead change, influence senior stakeholders, and execute large-scale initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
