Financial Planning & Performance Manager I

Role Overview

The Financial Planning & Performance Manager I will generate reports, develop management reports, analyze results, and implement microcomputer reports to evaluate potential businesses and develop client portfolios. The role requires active participation in the annual budgeting process, preparation of weekly estimates, and reconciliation of position changes between Management and Accounting.

What You Will Do

The Financial Planning & Performance Manager I will generate reports on fixed income and variable income positions, develop management reports related to the commercial operation of Global Markets, analyze results by clients and products, and implement microcomputer reports to help in the evaluation of potential businesses and development of the client portfolio.

The Financial Planning & Performance Manager I will make presentations of the results used in the Committees of the responsible of Global Markets, coordinate with Internal Control in the requirements, attend requests on demand of regulatory bodies or auditors, and verify and approve the modifications and/or cancellations of operations made by Global Markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Licentiate in Finance, Economics, Administration, Business or Accounting
• Minimum experience of 5 years in areas such as Market Risk, ALM/COAP, Trading, Financial Planning, Management Control or Auditing
• Solid knowledge of Global Markets products (FX, Rates, Credit and Equity)
• Experience in financial analysis and in the preparation of executive presentations for the High Direction
• Experience working in global, multicultural and international environments
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SQL will be considered a plus
• Desirable experience in database exploitation and analysis, as well as familiarity with programming and automation tools
